AnimationKiller can detect, modify, and eliminate GIF89a animations.
Once detected, an animation can be limited to a specific number of
loops (instead of infinite) or it can be truncated resulting in a
broken image.

Preferences:

* AnimationKiller.break

  Turn animations into broken images.

* AnimationKiller.maxLoops

  Modify the number of loops in the animation.
